TCTC Indoor Track Time at JDL - Several Wednesday Evenings during Winter Months

As part of our sponsorship of the Camel City races, Twin City Track Club (TCTC) members have been given track time on several Wednesdays nights from 6pm-8pm at JDL Fast Track.  See all dates below.  

Park in the back of the facility. Doors will open at 5:55pm.  Participants are requested to enter at the back of building, coming in at the Entrance sign.  The front door of the facility will no longer be used for entry on TCTC Track Night.

If spikes are worn, only pyramid spikes or Christmas tree spikes with maximum length of ¼" are allowed.   
While no specific workouts are planned, many participants will join together and create a workout.  Or you can do your own thing.  You can run slow laps, interval laps, or whatever suits your running and training needs.
