Breakfast runs are a great way for runners of all levels to enjoy a nice, social paced run and then have breakfast fare following! Runs have been held at Salem Lake, in the West End neighborhood, and along the Salem Creek Greenway - although we are always looking for new places to explore! Join us even if you aren't intending to run and get to know your fellow club members.
April 15, 2018 - Salem Lake Marina - run 8:00 am followed by breakfast at 9:00 am
It is FINALLY spring and it’s time for the first breakfast run of 2018! And this one is going to be stupendous! On Sunday, April 15 the TCTC breakfast run will be co-hosted by Fleet Feet Winston-Salem/We Run Winston! Also - On Shoes (https://clouds.on-running.com/en-us/about) is not only sponsoring the scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit, and coffee but will also have trail shoes for participants to take out on a “test run.” Meet us at the deck at the Salem Lake Marina – that’s the start/finish and breakfast line! The run starts at 8:00 am and breakfast is at 9:00 am. Come join new and old friends for a great time and great food!
In case of rain, breakfast will be postponed as there is no covered area. Weather decision will be made on Saturday, April 14 if necessary.
If you have any questions email Jennifer Morgan at firstname.lastname@example.org.
