Breakfast Runs

These runs start with a nice lap around Salem Lake or through one of our local parks, followed by a plethora of great breakfast foods including gourmet coffee, bagels, fresh fruit, and all the important accompaniments. A lap around Salem Lake is roughly 7 miles, while a run at any given park can be 5-7 miles. People of all abilities are welcome to participate.  Join us even if you aren't intending to run and get to know your fellow club members.
